The DIYBE Change© app addresses the ability to change or support change, more easily. These 7 simple methods can be done individually or as a combination, and at a frequency chosen by the user.
Change is often difficult to instigate, even when the change is desired. Habits and behaviours of a lifetime, pressures of modern life, and cultural expectations can all overwhelm our ability to instigate and sustain change. Furthermore, the personal stress of the change process can result in unwise choices being made, or the prospect of change being avoided altogether.
